Day 1: Friday, Oct 31st – Bucharest to Brasov

Start your adventure with a morning pickup (8:00-9:00 AM) from centrally located hotels in Bucharest. Enjoy a panoramic city tour, exploring iconic landmarks such as the Parliament Palace, Revolution Square, the Athenaeum, and the Royal Palace.
Next, visit Snagov Monastery, situated on an island, where Vlad Dracula is believed to be buried. Then, journey through the scenic Carpathian Mountains via Prahova Valley. Stop at Busteni to view the Cantacuzino Castle, famously featured in the Wednesday series.
Arrive in Brasov around 4:00 PM. Check into a charming 3-star hotel in the historic center and relax for the evening.

Day 2: Saturday, Nov 1st – Brasov & Halloween Party at Bran Castle

Meet with your tour guide at 9.30. Start a walking tour of Brasov’s Historic Town.
Highlights: Council Square, Black Church, Ecaterina’s Gate, Weaver’s Bastion, White and Black towers, St Nicholas church.
Few people know that the famous Vlad Dracula has spent a few years in Brasov, doing trades and having a love affair with the beautiful Katharina.
Next we’ll visit the Prejmer Fortified Church (UNESCO), a unique sample of defensive and religious structure which can be seen in Transylvania only.
We will be back to the hotel by 3.00 PM. Time at your leisure to get ready for the Halloween party.
At 18.00 hrs we’ll have a Special Pre Halloween Dinner in a cellar restaurant from Brasov. Dinner will include a 3 corses meal, local beer or house wine.
At 19.30 we’ll depart on the route to Bran castle, where you’ll be invited to a: Halloween Party at the Bran castle
The standard tour include a nght-time visit inside of the castle the castle and get ready to be „surprised” by the shows and castle „ Special Host” – Prince Vlad Dracula.
Next you can join the Halloween party (music, dance, lights) organized in a party tent placed in the castle’s yard. (drinks not included). Halloween costumes are highly recommended.
Around 1.00 AM we will return to the hotel. Overnight in a 3 stars hotel in Brasov.

Day 3. Sunday, Nov 2nd; BRASOV – RUPEA - SIGHISOARA

At 10.30 we’ll depart on the route to Sighisoara – the birthplace of Vlad Dracula.
On the route we’ll stop to visit Rupea fortress (14th century) , another sample of the Transylvanian defensive system.
We’ll pass through the Saschiz village, also an UNESCO site hosting two impressive monuments:
The Saschiz Church. Built in 1493 in Gothic style it is one of the nicest old churches from Transylvania. The complex was surrounded by a powerful defensive wall, the perimeter of which is today marked by a fence.The only surviving portion is the northern tower, which was fitted with a prominent spire in 1677
Saschiz Peasant Fortress. Was built in the 14th century and it is also called "the Giants castle" following a local legend.
Around 14.00 we’ll arrive at Sighisoara, one of the better preserved medieval towns from Transylvania. We’ll have a walking tour of Sighisoara’s historic centre. Highlights are: The Clock Tower, the Church on the Hill, the Scholar’s Stairs, The Monastery Church, the towers of the citadel (originally fourteen), The Shoemakers Town, the Tailor’s Tower, the Tinsmiths Tower.
Time at your leisure for lunch and souvenirs shopping (between 15.00-18.00 hrs).
At 18.00 we’ll go in a small family cellar where we’ll taste the local plum / pear brandy and fruit liqueurs, made after an old traditional family recipe.
At 19.00 hrs we’ll have a second Halloween Special Dinner in an old restaurant from Dracula’s birthplace.
Overnight in Sighisoara in a 3 stars hotel, located in the historic town.

Day 4. Monday, Nov 3rdt. SIGHISOARA – CORVIN’S CASTLE – SIBIEL

At 9.00 departure from the hotel on the route to Sibiu, one of the oldest and biggest medieval towns from Transylvania and former capital of this region. We’ll have a walking tour of the Sibiu’s Old District. The city is reminiscent of old European cities such as Nuremberg and it was founded in 1190 and grew to be the chief city of the Transylvanian Saxons. Highlights: the Big Square, the Small Square, The staircase Tower, the Lier’s Bridge, Evangelical, Catholic and Orthodox Cathedrals, medieval wall and fortifications.
We’ll continue towards Hunedoara where we’ll visit the Corvin’s castle, the biggest medieval castle from Romania, built in 15th century.
We’ll end the day in Sibiel village, a traditional mountain Transylvanian village.
After the thematic Halloween evenings it is the time to see and experience the Romanian Traditions. We are inviting you to a farewell Dinner with Traditional home-made food and Folk singers.

Day 5. Tuesday, Nov 4th. SIBIU – BUCHAREST. End of the Halloween tour in Romania

Breakfast between 07:00-9.00. Check-out latest at 9.00
9.00 AM - departure by bus on the route to Bucharest, crossing the mountains through the beautiful Olt River Valley. Stop on the route at Cozia monastery, built in 14th century.
Arrive in Bucharest around 3.00 PM. Drop-off at your hotel in Bucharest (for central located hotels) or at the airport around 4.00 PM.

Payments
To secure your booking a deposit of 100 euro/person is required.
The final payment has to be made with minimum 30 days prior the tour start.
The payments can be made online by credit card or by banking transfer
In certain circumstances can be made cash or card on arrival

Cancellations
Special conditions. If an emergency situation occurs (pandemic, disasters, revolution, war, etc) and the Romanian authorities or the authorities from the traveler’s country impose restrictions to travel, to enter or leave the country, the cancellation can be made anytime without any penalty.

Standard conditions. If none of the above mentioned situations occur the cancellation policy is:
No penalty apply if the cancellation is made with minimum 30 days prior the tour. Any deposit paid will be refunded in maximum 10 days.
50 % penalty fee apply if the cancellation is made with 5-29 days prior the our departure.
100% penalty fee apply if the cancellation is made with less than 5 days prior the tour start or in case of NO SHOW.
